E. C. "DEMI" DEMETRIOU, Chairman
Demi Demetriou is chairman of Carbon Positive Trading Ltd, owner of the Sunshine Technology Group. He has spent most of his business life in media and communications and as an investment banker. Prior to that, Demi was a senior executive at both EMI and Warner Communications (now Time Warner), and has also been the majority shareholder and/or CEO/chairman of a number of music, film, and publishing businesses. He is a director of BitRage Inc, a Florida-based digital signal processor (DSP) company and is also Chairman of GIPL, an investment holding company. Demi was educated in London, Vienna and Paris in musicology, conducting and composition, and for three years held the position of director of music at Sussex University.

HELENA ATHOUSSAKI, Non-Executive Director
Helena Athoussaki is a Sunshine Technology Group director, non-executive, a consultant to parent company Carbon Positive Trading Limited Ltd (CPTL), a director of General Investments and Promotions Ltd (GIPL), Managing Director of Dreamtech Software Ltd and an advisor to Eurofin SA. Previously Helena worked as a strategic consultant for private equity groups and provided strategic advisory services and operational engagements for their ICT (Information Communication Technology) investments. Helena worked for British Telecom in its UK research labs where she headed a JV project with Microsoft on interactive and immersive media. She has also worked with Cable and Wireless Plc and Tellas SA (a subsidiary of Wind Telecoms) in strategic marketing, wholesale businesses and special projects within the telecoms industry. Helena was a co-founder of Xintra Ltd a UK-based e-business solutions company where she worked as the Strategic Marketing Director. Helena has an MBA from ALBA (Greece) and also has an MA in Design and Development for Interactive Media from the University of Middlesex where she published a paper on Virtual Reality. She also holds executive degrees from the London Business School in Finance and Accounting, Hedge Funds and M&A as well as in Private Equity from the Said Business School, Oxford.

JOHN FERGUSON, General Manager Indonesia
John Ferguson is responsible for the development and management of Sunshine Technology's forestry venture in Indonesia. John has more than 18 years of international forestry experience implementing first world management practices in third world entities in Indonesia, Swaziland and South Africa.  His background includes forest silviculture, forest engineering and general forest management, across a diverse range of forest regions, practises and products. Before joining Sunshine Technology, he worked for forestry companies including Mondi Business Paper, Sappi, RAPP and Hans Merensky. John obtained a BSc in forestry, with a forest engineering major, from the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa.

KEITH PATTERSON, General Manager China
Keith Paterson has 40 years of experience in forestry management.  The majority of his career was with SA Forests Ltd/Mondi where he held various management positions responsible for technical, planning, financial, human resources, and community relations. As a forestry manager, he controlled a $20 million operating budget and turned Swaziland forestry operations around from a negative to a positive cash flow in less than 2 years. He was responsible for the introduction of FSC certification to the South African forestry industry, and helped establish Mondi as a global leader in sustainable plantation fibre production.

PAUL MAITLAND, Chief Financial Officer, Sunshine Technology Group
Paul Maitland graduated in 1980 with an Economics degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and then qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Kingston Smith in London. He has worked for Sunshine Technology as CFO since 2006, being a member of the team that established its forestry and biofuel operations in China. Prior to this for ten years he held the position of CFO of the UK operations of a Canadian multinational, engaged in manufacturing, retail and importing. He was also Financial Director of a large, UK-based private training provider and has spent several years in public practice with a London based firm of Chartered Accountants.
